How To Order Online
Add the items you want to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the right side of each item’s product information page. Hover over the shopping basket icon in the header, to view the items in your cart or to checkout.Create an account using your e-mail address and a strong password, verify the cart information, as well as the billing and shipping information. Here you are asked to provide your credit card information. This screen also contains an area to make any special notes to us. After you submit your credit card information you will be redirected to the Order Complete page, which will contain details of your order. You will also receive a order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped you will received a shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you need assistance with placing your order online please call us at 508-564-5840.
If you are a Retailer
Approved retailers can place an online Wholesale order in this website’s wholesale ordering area by logging in using the “Login/Register” button at the top of every page.
Ordering online is the quickest and easiest way to order. You may also place an order by:

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. To pay by personal check, money order or certified check, please mail to address below along with your order (be sure to include shipping charges – see below chart).
Consumer orders may be available for pickup by appointment via 508-564-5840.
There is no sales tax on our products. We are based in Massachusetts where food items are not taxed.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You may change or cancel an order if it has not shipped. (Note, orders often ship the same day as placed.) Call Customer Service at 508-564-5840. Customer Service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.
Shipping Coverage Area
All consumer orders are shipped via a small package carrier from our facility in Massachusetts and can only be delivered to a street addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Ground shipping is the service utilized, unless warm weather or customer “need by” date necessitates expedited service. We currently do not ship
consumer orders to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, outside the U.S. including Canada, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

$50.00 and under: $10.00
$50.01 – $75.00: $11.00
$75.01 – $100.00: $12.00
$100.01 – $150.00: $14.00
$150.01 – $200.00: $17.00
$200.01 and over: 10% of total merchandise cost
For 2nd Day Service
Add $25.00 to above rates. 2nd Day Service is required when shipping during warm weather or to a warm climate that is more than 2 days UPS Ground transit time. (See Warm Weather Shipping.) If you require Overnight Service, please call Customer Service at 508-564-5840.
Warm Weather Shipping (over 74°F anywhere along the shipping route)
Shipping during warm weather or to a warm climate requires a special insulated shipping container and reusable cold pack. There is a $4.50 charge per shipping container. Most orders fit in one shipping container. This charge will be automatically added to your total during processing in our office (not online). If the delivery location is more than 2 days ground transit time (see chart below), then 2nd Day Service is required. If you do not proactively select 2nd Day Service as the online order shipping method, this charge will be automatically added to your total during processing in our office. Warm weather orders are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to prevent chocolate from sitting over the weekend at a warehouse facility.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
We strive to pack and ship all orders within two business days, so your order will most likely ship the same day as it is placed or the next day. If you absolutely need an order to ship out the same day as placed, please call customer service at 508-564-5840 by noon EST. Note, orders that ship to warm climates are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. And during the summer all orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so that they do not sit over the weekend at a shipping facility.
